Women Entrepreneurs Conference

The Women’s Venture Summit is a premier event dedicated to empowering female entrepreneurs and closing the funding gap for women-led businesses. Planning this summit requires meticulous coordination to create an inspiring and impactful experience that connects women founders, investors, and industry leaders.

In addition to orchestrating the in-person summit, I also supported the Virtual Fast Pitch events, providing a platform for female entrepreneurs to pitch their ventures to investors in a dynamic, online setting. A key part of my role was managing the onboarding process for 35+ speakers, ensuring a seamless experience from preparation to presentation. From curating engaging speaker panels and workshops to coordinating sponsorships, venue logistics, and networking opportunities, every detail was carefully managed to deliver an impactful and enriching event.
